These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the digital product sold by Scalelab ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using our product, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

We sell a digital library product consisting of eBooks (and, where applicable, bonus audiobooks) delivered electronically via email/Google Drive link. This is a digital good — no physical item is shipped.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to make a purchase on this site.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We reserve the right to change prices or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

4. License to use

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the eBooks/audiobooks for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish the content, in whole or in part, without written permission.

5. Delivery

Access is delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. See our Delivery Policy for details.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content provided is either owned by us, licensed to us, or distributed under terms that permit resale as part of this bundle. The compilation, branding, and website content are the property of Scalelab.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website or the product, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, distributing malicious code, or infringing on the rights of others.

9. Limitation of liability

The product is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysuru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
