Delivery Policy

This is a digital product. Nothing is physically shipped to you — this page explains how and when you'll receive access.

1. How delivery works

After your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an email containing a PDF with a private Google Drive link. Opening this link gives you access to the full 12,000+ eBook library (and any active bonuses).

2. Delivery time

Access is typically delivered within a few minutes of payment, and always within 24 hours. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to email provider delays.

3. If you don't receive access

• Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first.
• Confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct.
• If you still haven't received anything after 24 hours, contact support@scalelab.in with your payment reference, and we'll resend your access link.

4. Device compatibility

Because delivery is a Google Drive link, you can access your files from any phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop with an internet connection and a PDF/eBook reader.

5. Re-access

If you lose your original access email, contact support and we will help you retrieve your access link.
